At Biofit, we want you to feel confident in your fit. If your premium activewear isn't perfect, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Place the items in their original Biofit packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
